General Athlete Strength & Conditioning Class
Ages: Youth ages 10-14
Our General Athlete Strength & Conditioning Class is perfect for youth looking to build a solid foundation in overall strength, endurance, and fitness. This class is high-intensity, FUN, and focuses on general physical development—including strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, and mobility. It’s designed to give athletes a comprehensive workout, improving their general fitness level and preparing them for the demands of their sport, no matter what that may be.
In this group setting, athletes work in a larger group and follow the same generalized programming. The focus is on improving overall athleticism, and the energy is high to match the intensity of the workout. Because of the larger group size, there is less individualized attention, but the aim is to get youth athletes moving, building strength, and developing proper form in a fun and challenging environment.

Tuesdays: 6:45-7:45PM
Thursdays: 5:30-6:30PM
Fridays: 6:45-7:45PM
You will be directed to the CrossFit Mayview site where you will complete the process. First prompt will be an email and someone will reach out to you directly to pick the package that fits your athlete the best!
