PROGRAMS

GRIT PROGRAM

Athletes ages 10–14 will build a foundation of proper technique, coordination, and body control while learning how to train with confidence.

Strength and Conditioning group class for groups up to 12, through FUN age-appropriate strength, speed, and conditioning drills. 

  • Teaching correct movement patterns

  • Building total-body strength and stability

  • Improving agility, balance, and coordination

  • Establishing habits that prevent injuries and prepare athletes for higher-level training
