Blog Title: Reflecting on the Performance Combine — What’s Next in Your Athlete’s Performance Journey

The 1ST Earn the Edge Performance Combine is officially in the books—and what an incredible two days it was. From the energy and effort brought by our young athletes to the expertise delivered by our elite coaching lineup, this event was a powerful reminder of what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

Athletes of all ages tested their limits in linear speed, vertical and horizontal power, agility, and reactive ability—gaining valuable insights into how their bodies move, compete, and perform under pressure. But the Combine is just the starting line, not the finish.

Measurable Progress Starts with Intentional Training

Improving your metrics takes more than just showing up for game day—it’s about how you train in between the highlights. That’s why we’re excited to roll into our Speed & Agility Camp this July, where athletes will take a deep dive into the mechanics of movement:

✅ Explosive starts

✅ Efficient deceleration

✅ Reactive change of direction

✅ Transferable footwork for all sports

And for those who are serious about building on their Combine numbers and elevating overall performance, our Elite Sports Performance Program and Strength & Conditioning Group Classes offer year-round development. Through strategic programming that focuses on movement efficiency, strength and power development, and injury resistance, athletes don’t just train hard—they train smart.

Earn Your Edge with Purpose

Now is the time to set your training goals. Whether it’s shaving tenths off your 40-yard dash, increasing vertical power for dominance on the field or court, or becoming more resilient through strength and movement literacy—specific goals lead to measurable growth.
